Mental coaching using the tools of applied psychology

What is Hermetic Mental Frqncy?

Hermetic Mental Principles combine millennia-old Hermetic insights with modern, applied psychology. At its core are seven fundamental principles that explain the interplay of perception, body, thought, and action.

In THE GIGGI METHOD, these principles are used as practical tools: they create clarity, focus attention, and generate measurable changes.

The 7 (Hepto) Hermetic Principles — brief and applicable:

1. Everything begins in the mind — thoughts shape reality

Thoughts shape perception and influence decisions. In everyday life, this can be used through simple exercises: conscious journaling in the morning, short visualization sequences before an important task, or embedding positive affirmations in your breathing routine.

2. Inner and outer world are mirror images of each other.

Inner states color relationships and experiences. Through targeted interoception exercises (body awareness), breathwork, and clear self-inquiry, inner resonance becomes perceptible and can be consciously shaped.

3. Everything is in motion — change is a natural process.

Rhythm and change are constant companions. Small, consistent adjustments lead to stable development: establishing micro-habits, gradually increasing training stimuli, and structuring regenerative phases.

4. Opposites belong together — polarity as a resource

Opposing qualities complement each other and can be used transformatively. Balance training, alternating between activation and relaxation, and reflections on polarity strengthen flexibility and decision-making ability.

5. Ebb and flow — cycles as orientation

Cycle awareness promotes long-term performance. Daily and monthly rhythms, sleep cycles, and training periodization become tools for targeted energy management.

6. Cause and effect — recognizing and shaping patterns

Effects point to causes. Cause-and-effect mapping brings clarity: symptoms are interpreted as clues, leading to targeted interventions—from breathing patterns and exercise to dietary adjustments.

7. Two poles in every person — integrating action and acceptance

Activity and receptivity work together in every person. Self-leadership exercises combine clear goal-setting steps with receptive regeneration — thus creating sustainable strength.

Everyday application: Practical tools from THE GIGGI METHOD

  • Micro-rituals: 3-5 minute morning routine with breathing, short intention and a focus journal.

  • Signature Check: A brief analysis of your current resources and burdens, presented as a map for targeted steps.

  • Polarity break: Alternating between activation (e.g., 60–90 seconds of vigorous breathing and mobilization) and reception (2–5 minutes of lying down) to increase resilience.

  • Rhythm planning: Weekly block with stress and recovery phases, tailored to personal cycle.

  • Cause diagram: Simple mapping that connects recurring symptoms with possible triggers — basis for targeted interventions.

For whom this works

For women seeking ongoing growth and wishing to shape their inner processes practically and purposefully. For people who want to combine ancient wisdom with modern practices and integrate concrete steps into their daily lives.

Concise and practical

Hermetic Mental Frequency means: applying principles, understanding the map, and taking action. THE GIGGI METHOD makes these principles practical for everyday life—visible, measurable, and effective.
