My name is "GIGGI"

My name "Giggi" is an Italian diminutive of Luigia, a feminine form of the name Luigi. This name means "famous warrior," derived from the Old High German words hlūt (known, famous) and wīg (warrior).

This suits me perfectly, as I always strive for success, never give up, and always seek solutions to achieve a satisfying outcome, even when something seemingly impossible is not possible. The nickname for Giggi is Geeny, which sounds onomatopoeic like "Djinn," a powerful spiritual being (e.g., a noble djinn) that can grant human wishes and possesses a far more subtle physicality than humans.

So, on the one hand, I'm a focused coach. On the other hand, I have a spiritual component that relies on trust in the dialogue between human beings, nature, frequencies, mental forces, meridians, and physical and nutritional elements.

These combinations are the essence of success.

Our female body goes through numerous stages of development: from childhood to the young, reproductive phase, to the phase of maintaining feminine power, and then to the transformation into the strength of the silver ager. However, most people perceive this phase as a loss of beauty, power, well-being, and mental strength.

Which is absolutely not true!

Just as one can support the female body in developing its full potential during hormonal, muscular, and organic growth, the same can be done in the second half of a woman's life.

You only need to know two things:

WHAT and HOW

I know the WHAT: The patterns, mechanisms, causes.

I know the HOW: The ways, techniques, and processes that work.
