GIGGI LEONARD

Who I am – “[...] in real life (as my little son said)

Friends and family call me a modern sensei.

Although a real sensei would never call themselves that, because: you never stop learning and therefore always remain a learner. Those who know are never above those who ask questions, because it is through questioning that you learn!

No knowledge without question. No day without night. No shadow without sun.

And that is the first characteristic I would describe as typical of me: inquisitive, open-minded, searching for answers. I trust that answers always emerge where you remain open.

Because knowledge arises from questions, not from perfection.

I am persistent

"Impossible is nothing."

"We have to get through this now."

"There is always a solution."

These principles shape my work. I don't accept ambiguous situations when I see that change is possible – with knowledge, clarity, tools, and the courage to leave old paths.

I enjoy working with women who are ready to try new things and take responsibility for their systems.

How THE GIGGI METHOD came about

My approach is the result of years of learning, training, research, and working with specialists. As:

  • diploma. holistic naturopath

  • certified sports trainer

  • Certified mental and nutrition coach

  • certified Pilates instructor

  • Certified Kinesiology Practitioner

  • Certified therapist in HeptoBalance ©

  • certified Respiratory therapist / AeroFlowTechs ©

  • Certified therapist for Traditional European Medicine (TEM).

  • Certified Sexual Coach

I possess a system of knowledge that connects very different levels. THE GIGGI METHOD emerged from precisely these building blocks. An approach that picks up where conventional medicine often leaves off: with the question "Why?"

What motivates me

I know how women function. Not just biochemically, but emotionally, energetically, and psychologically. And I know that the second half of life can be a phase of tremendous strength—if you know what to do and how to do it.

That's my job: the WHAT. And the HOW.

With precision, clarity, and genuine care.
