THE GIGGI METHOD: Holistic optimization – both physically and mentally

THE GIGGI METHOD stands for optimization through holistic knowledge of processes on the physical and mental levels – using scientifically sound methods, centuries-old practices, and modern biohacking insights. Biochemistry, psychology, complementary medicine, and spirituality converge here as synergistic tools.

Who is THE GIGGI METHOD for?

TGM is designed for women who no longer want to try isolated measures from various sources—measures that haven't yet yielded satisfactory results. Instead, it focuses on activating and optimizing body and mind across the entire spectrum of interconnected systems.

Approach: From a patchwork approach to systemic work

Together with other specialists, I have developed techniques and concepts that make precisely this possible. The goal is to piece together the puzzle—moving away from isolated interventions and toward a clear systemic logic.

The toolbox: Old meets new

Evidence meets experience

  • AeroFlow Techniques & Frequencies

  • Ancient Wisdom Meditation & Hermetic Principles

  • Martial Arts Yoga & Wyda (Celtic Yoga)

  • Paracelsus' Doctrine of Signatures

  • Natural Remedies and Practices from Traditional European Medicine (TEM) and Ayurveda

  • Kinesiology & Meridian Tapping Techniques

  • Functional and Neuroathletic Training

  • Nutrition that Reduces Inflammation and Effectively Improves Body Shaping

These building blocks combine to form an integrated program that is individually calibrated.

Healthmaxxing instead of symptom treatment

Healthmaxxing means finally finding solutions that purely pharmaceutical-driven conventional medicine often fails to provide—because it lacks a holistic perspective and rarely responds with comprehensive, interconnected therapies. Specialist physicians understandably focus on their organ systems; however, the root cause of a weakness is often systemic.

Metaphor: Simply seeing the mold on the wall without considering the hidden burst water pipe does not solve the problem.

Starting point: Your signature

The search for the root cause begins with determining your individual signature. Only then are symptoms examined – one by one. The guiding questions:

  • What caused the weakness?

  • How exactly does this person react to excessive demands?

Why symptoms are never “isolated”.

One person reacts with gastritis, another with heart failure, and yet another with migraines. Every symptom is an expression of a pattern – never an isolated problem. That's why

THE GIGGI METHOD doesn't just treat the tip of the iceberg, but analyzes the underlying system.

Result: Integration Instead of a Maze

When biochemistry, movement, the nervous system, psyche, and lifestyle are viewed as a unified whole, a path emerges that is sustainable – measurable, tangible, and lasting.

That's precisely what THE GIGGI METHOD stands for.
